Message	a torque plate must be used. However when I went to my machine shop they stated they had one but recommended using a custom head instead to complete the job. From what I can recall it had something to do with the lower end of the bore came out better their way than the TQ plate. I went with it and am happy with the work performed. Opel Engineering in IL is who I used.
